Why is your price higher than some other suppliers?
Price usually comes back to fabric quality, GSM, construction, trim details, and finishing. We do not position our bathrobes as low-cost bulk goods. If you have a target price, we can suggest a more workable material or construction option.
Can you reduce MOQ?
MOQ depends on the style, fabric, color count, and logo process. Some custom bathrobes need a normal production setup, so the MOQ cannot be pushed too low. If quantity is limited, we can suggest a simpler option with a lower starting point.
What GSM is best?
There is no single best GSM. Hotel bathrobes usually need a balance of weight, durability, and wash performance. Spa or summer programs may prefer a lighter robe, while premium guestroom programs often use a heavier fabric. We normally suggest GSM based on the actual use case.
Can you do custom logo?
Yes. We can support embroidery, woven labels, printed labels, hangtags, and custom packaging. The best method depends on your logo, the bathrobe fabric, and your target price.
Why is sample cost higher than expected?
A custom sample often needs the same setup steps as bulk production, including fabric sourcing, pattern work, cutting, sewing, and logo setup. In many cases, the sample cost can be credited back after a bulk order is confirmed.
Shipping cost is too high. What can you do?
Freight changes often, especially on lower-volume orders. We can help by checking packing efficiency, carton size, shipment timing, and route options so the total shipping cost stays more reasonable.
How do you ensure quality?
We check quality through the production process, from fabric and trims to cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. For custom bathrobes, we also work against the approved sample so bulk production stays closer to the confirmed standard.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on order quantity, fabric availability, and customization details. For many bathrobe orders, production is around 15 to 25 days after sample approval and deposit, but the final schedule should be confirmed case by case.
Is the fabric 100% cotton?
We can do 100% cotton bathrobes, but not every program needs that. Some clients choose blends for cost, drying speed, or durability. We usually recommend the fabric composition based on your market and use scenario.
Can I mix colors in one order?
In many cases, yes, but it depends on the style and the total quantity per color. Mixed colors are easier when the fabric and construction stay the same. We can review your color plan and advise what is workable in production.
